Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items should not be returned directly to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or special-order furniture
- Assembled or installed furniture
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items returned with minor damage not caused by us
- Items missing original packaging
- Items returned after the 30-day period
Damaged or Defective Items
If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your payment provider (credit card company or bank), as processing times may vary.
- If the issue persists, contact us directly.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at info@executiveelegancefurniture.co.ke for assistance before returning the product.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or delivered in error.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned goods.
